After graduating from Art Center in Pasadena, our client was ready to move on from the Pasadena condo we helped her find. Shortly after negotiating this off-market TIC and securing it under asking, she moved into her light-filled upstairs unit at 3944 1/2 Marathon within reach of Sqrl, Courage Bagels, and all the shops on Hoover.
