1875 Belmont Ave and The Lincoln Corridor

Muir Heights is one of Pasadena’s hidden gems with tree lined streets, homes with vintage charm (dating back to the late 1800s) and easy access to Brookside Park and The Lincoln Corridor. That said, the corridor looks like it was lifted out of a nice strip in Highland Park or Silver Lake with the coffee shop across from the coffee shop. Some of my go-to stops before open houses are HomeState, Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Lincoln Avenue Nursery, Highlight Coffee and Ferrazzani’s Pasta & Market to name a few.
Our listing at 1875 Belmont, a classic California bungalow feels removed from the city with it’s large private backyard filled with Oak Trees and native landscaping, but is just a 2 minute drive to The Lincoln Corridor. There are so many cute vintage homes to explore in this pocket and with the median sold home price at $927,500 (according to homes.com), now might be the time to get into Muir Heights.
