Eagle Rock has changed a lot over the past few years. It feels like Highland Park has quietly spilled over into the neighborhood. On any given week I find myself on a Sprouts run, catching an indie movie at Vidiots, meeting up with friends at Walt’s or Capri Club, or popping into Creature’s Plants and Coffee to refuel before showing a home. And with a median sales price under $1.4M, great schools, and fun neighborhood vibes, ER is a no brainer for many buyers.
All that said, I just saw a really sweet bungalow hit the market on College View for under $1M. If you have been circling Eagle Rock and waiting for something that has curb appeal and is reasonably priced, this one is worth a look.
