I love this pocket of Eagle Rock because it’s close to so many fun options in the neighborhood. It’s also interesting to see how ER has changed over the last 5 years and it feels like all the fun parts of Highland Park have spilled over into it. You’re just a few minutes from favorites Wallflour Pizza, Little Beast and the 100% local favorite for sure, Vidiots (an inconic cinema showing a range of cult classics, indie gems, and old-school favorites). And of course this 100 + year old storybook Craftsman is the story here with its classic lines, front porch and vintage character. Original details meet modern touches in all the right ways: warm wood floors, vintage windows, good flow and natural light. All this to say, 4984 Vincent Ave is worth a look.
